Hello dbeck128, I understand what your feeling. I've been there. Constant (chronic) anxiety and stress will manifest to a lot of physical symptoms and dizziness is up there. Your adrenal glands gets overactive releases cortisol. So we're in this state of alert (fight or flight) sensitive, or high emotional stress, any little thing will trigger us. Over time. It will affect our nervous system, brain, and digestive system. Find out your stressors, try to minimize them, do not avoid or runaway from them, it will only make it worst for you in the long run. Finding ways to be less stress and anxiety, will help with your dizziness. It will gradually take time to go away. There a lot of coping skills that will help. God bless.
There's quite a few things that can cause dizziness, mine was due to some balls in my inner ear becoming dislodged, symptoms were increased dizziness with any head movement.
I mentioned it to my physio and a few different guided body positions with eyes opened and in about 5 minutes it was gone and never come back. The technique the physio did was called the epley manoeuvre or spelt something like that. The condition was called bppv I think benign positional .....sure if you google it you'll find correct spelling.
Just thought I'd mention this incase it sounds familiar and as it can be fixed quickly, some gps, physios, chiropractors can do this manoeuvre or some say you can do it yourself at home..Google manoeuvre positions.
The physio confirmed this is what I had as in a certain position your eyes make a flicker movement if it is this.
Good luck finding the cause and getting it resolved
I know how unnerving it is to be constantly feeling dizzy
Jo
