Hi guys, just wondering if anyone's ever felt really sick and shakey when they wake up and go to the toilet abit n then feel OK once they are up and about? How did you stop this from happening?? Do you think it could be my nerves that's causing it?
Feeling sick every morning. - Anxiety and Depre...
Feeling sick every morning.
Not often, but occasionally, this happens to me. I’m 100% sure it’s caused by anxiety.
Are you getting out of bed to standing to quickly, sometimes if you do this you will suffer dizziness. If your bed or pillow need replacing those can cause problems. The life of a bed can be as low as eight to twelve years, depending on model. When pillows get old they loose the support they had when new. Also if you have several pillows that are to high that can place stress on the neck, Memory Foam mattresses and pillows do give good support and they can assist in a good night sleep

My anxiety is always worse in the morning. I literally wake up to it. Racing heart, shaky, nauseas. It usually gets better once I’m out of bed but some days I can’t shake it. Wish I had a solution but know you’re not alone.
I wake up several times during the night. Somewhere around 6:00-7:00 am I wake up startled and scared. Even tho I don't want to get out bed, I've been getting up, going to bathroom, then what?
Try to go back to sleep but that doesn't work. I'm not clear headed and calm enough to pay bills or do anything that requires a calm mind. Dozens of meds haven't worked. They make me sick.
The symptoms really don't leave me until I eat breakfast while shaking, scared and feeling depressed. Then I research around the internet, sometimes take a nap and wait out the morning siege.
Sounds like we both have something not hooked up in the brain.
That sounds a lot like how my symptoms were. Nightmares and waking up 3/4 times a night with a start and feelings of dread. Got better as day went on but exhausting. After many years I spoke to my doc and was diagnosed with moderate Generalised Anxiety Disorder GAD. I started on escitalopram (lexapro) a month ago and feel much better. Still wake up a bit but much more gently and not with nightmares. However the side effects of the medication (feeling foggy headed and weird) took 2 weeks to properly disappear. Feel good now though. Talk to your doctor I would. Best of luck 😊
