Terrible nightmares

I'm having horrible nightmares every time I try to sleep. I'm at the point where I dont even want to sleep because of it. In the past was prescribed meds to help but they became worse. I'm at a loss of words at this point. Mentally exhausted.

hi sorry to hear this im like that as well although its not as bad as it used to be.i went to a sleep therapist might be helpful to you.

Interesting. The medicine can actually make dreams more vivid. Sometimes stopping the medicine abruptly can cause vivid dreams as well. Did you stop or start a new medicine?
