I joined awhile ago and have finally logged in this morning. Anxiety and depression, which I have given to my 21 year old daughter. My problems are no longer a concern to me, she is my number 1 priority. I want her to have the happy life I didn’t have. So far, that hasn’t happened.

You see the symptoms in your daughter and know how to help her.

She's lucky to have a supportive mother who understands her issues.

Your daughter will not be judged or belittled by you. Some of us get treated like that.

Work with her and work together. You are a good mom.

Thank you! My world revolves around her. She’s been through so much when she should be enjoying her youth. In a weird sort of way, I’m glad I had my own experiences. It has helped me to help her tremendously.
