My best friend's company
Youtube videos (animals,music,yulelogs etc)
Hot water bottle
Weighted blanked
Walking
Dancing
Tazo caramel vanilla tea
acceptance of your illness getting support learn new skills or hobbies just a couple that could help you.
Walking. 2,3,4 miles a day. Whatever you can to wear you down. Listen to guided meditations on awareness and mindfulness while you walk.
Do this everyday for 1 week.
1. Eating healthy ( research foods that prevent depression)
2. SUNLIGHT!
3. Vitamins
4. Music
5. Doing the things you love
6. Laughing at funny videos
Spending time with people who make me feel happy and loved
Animals/pets
Any kind of exercise
Accomplishing something productive (this is hard when depressed but if you can do just one thing and break the cycle it will help)

Depression is rarely something that can be dealt with alone. Find supportive people who can help you. Is there a church in your area that you are a part of? Finding connections with those who can help help you get plugged in spiritually can be really helpful. Best wishes!
