I have been there too. We hit rock bottom. We can not see the light at the end of the tunnel. We struggle to live and go on. We did not end our life. We reach out to others who understand. We do not let the enemy of the mind win. We are strong, not weak by asking for help. We walk through the tunnel where it is so dark. We seem to want to give up. We think the way out of the tunnel will never come. As we support each other and reach out. The light appears. We won the battle. We survived and are living. We may slip back down at times. Each time we become stronger. I have been so low at one point in my life. The way out was to end my life. My loved ones supported me with advice and love. I am alive and happy. You keep on and we all here want to support you. Never give up. Life is worth living no matter how rough it may seem at times.
Just wanted to say hi and send you some love, I am also in the darkest place at the moment so am sending you love and understanding and hoping you can just take each breath and get through each moment xxxx
Things no better today but scared to post as will probably just be removed again
And being bank holiday not even the doctors are open 😞
Hey, im not on this a lot. I just want you to know one more person is here. I know you might need different support than that. Being in a dark place is a battle. Please keep fighting. I have no idea what the future will bring for you. Without knowing you though, I know you are a bad ass even if you might not know that right now. I'm sending you love in your fight.
