Depression has dropped to rock bottom

It's horrible to feel so depressed day in and day out. Feel so numb and drained and cant seem to get anything done. I can't get myself to cry. My isolation is majorally on point. Hopelessness is surrounding my entire life. Just tired being tired.

Me too! Everyday is like Ground hogs day! Same bad feeling day after day.

Yes, pcp & therapist. Just accepted in IOP program for depression, anxiety, trauma, & eating disorder.
