Attacks out of control

Hi I have had panic anxiety since I was in my teens . I have been treated for this for many years..

My husband passed away in 2014 it had gotten worse over the following years I do see a dr but they are coming quite a bit now at least 3 1/2 times a week now I worry when the next one will hit I cannot get the attack’s under control.

Have you been paying attention to the possible triggers over time?

When I think I know they come out of the blue . I can be having a great day and I get smacked in the gut
