I have been dealing with anxiety and depression since Dec... 6 months in I am feeling worse, not better. I feel like I’m almost in crisis mode... I wish I knew what brought on this latest intense depression.. I am going to therapy...,, came off Prozac last summer because I had been ok for a long time. I am not on any meds but think I should be. How does anyone feel about doing this without any meds. I truly feel awful.

Even with therapy and meds i still have those really bad days but seeing someone helps, you can ask your therapist of ways to deal with them
Its ok to take medication. I have allergies and I fee fine and stop taking the meds and omg I am in such trouble. The meds are there for us to feel better, normal. Get back on it, its ok.
