So I was going to the hospital like every day because pain in my body spine/ears/feet/head especially all kinds of issues and since I gotaa deal with bowel gas for almost 3momths already π but things I have trouble with is over thinking things and easily get irritated and fustrated with my ear issue and stomach I was just tired of being sick but anyways,,I'm trying to find my happiness and myself back my relief it's really hard but I been trying natural stuff like CBD oil,and plant teas and eating otmeal and fruit and listening to inspiring movies and songs I still feel scared time to time but I haven't been going to the hospital lately so that good I thought I was losing myself at first forgetting who I am forgetting happiness and how it felt to feel relief but ithink and hope I'll will find my happiness pray for me I will pray for y'all too .

You will find yourself and happiness again Vannessa. It may start off slow but
then it will snowball into having more and more better days. Your first step in
not going to the hospital as much has been achieved. Next it will be about
continuing to retrain your mind with positive thoughts and not allowing negative
ones to plant their seed in your mind. Keep going down the same path and you

Hi Vanessa - that must be awful having spine and pain - did you take some medication for the anxiety and depression over 3 months ago? Have you ever had any problem with IBS before you started your course of medication? Some tablets can have side effects. I take a medication for fluid retention, and one side effect is windy bowel.
Other causes can be linked to food you are eating like wheat, rye barley, rice, maize -
gluten can affect you too. Some people don't have problems with gluten but are sensitive to multi grains. Candida is another problem which can upset your gut, giving pain.
If you haven't already had checks for diabetes, thyroid imbalance, and gluten intolerance then may be you should have these done to rule them out as part of your mental health problem. Sure you'll be ok.
