I definately relate , however its very hard but possible, im currently going through so much just trying to not let anxiety and severe health stress and panic disorder prevent me from doing well and graduating this year , i have been getting panic attacks these past months and at some points non stop anxiety over nothing , i have gotten better , but when there is something stressful, the anticipation and the trigger are just horrible
Im so sorry! That stinks. I have severe health anxiety,and depression and also fighting to stay afloat but we can do it! You've worked so hard and come so far. You can and u will graduate. Words are always easier said than done but remind yourself that your track record for making through bad days is 100 percent! Youve been a soldier, you got this π
Yes this always helps, remembering all the bad times i overcame.
As i said its hard but very possible , i used to only have heakth anxiety , and it wasnt very serious, now my anxiety is constant regardless of cause ..im always scared, worried about dying from stress or just dying in general, also worried that i would dissapoint my family, make wrong decision, get in trouble, something bad happening to me or my family
Thanks for all the support, im definately getting better, meditation and breathing techniques are icial for me , they help keep my blood pressure, pulse and breathing patterns regular, so i dont feel more panicky ..im much better than before but i need to get back the way i was before, mentally stringer not have severe social anxiety, interract socially, go to events , do things , not worry about every single thing
You're very welcome! Keep up with your meditation and breathing. Learning to be more positive and face your fears definitely takes work. Its rough but as I said you CAN do this. Like you im scared every single day. But each day we make it through makes us a little stronger. U will get there just dont give up!
