Hi there, I went through a time of depression and didn’t even realize that that was what was going on in my life. It took a doctor to tell me that my body was reacting to a long period of trying to cope. Have you been to see your physician? I took some medication for a bit, to get myself functioning again and to start to feel better. It was a difficult time, but it helped me get through my sadness.
We don’t choose to become depressed; it happens.
I have found that seeking the Lord has been such a life-line for me; I’ve made some terrific friends and heard some great messages that I can easily apply to my life. My church has been so good; and so is listening to Dr. Charles Stanley, InTouch. It is a safe place; I am encouraged and taught where I can find my hope, peace, and unconditional love. Do you have a church home? I’d love to talk with you more if you are interested. I am sure thinking of you!
