Do you have hobbies or anything to take your mind off of it? I feel lonely a lot and journal to help me through it. Definitely let your doctor know too, maybe you need your medicine changed. I hope you find something to help!

I've changed meds too many times. At this point I'm not sure anything will help. I do have an appointment with my doctor soon and will probably breakdown in there. As I cry while I write this. I hate that I cry all the time. I just feel hopeless. Like I'm dying inside.

So sorry you are feeling so despondent. But don't give up hope! I'm glad to hear you are seeing your doctor soon. Can you try to get in any earlier? It sounds like you have tried different meds. Sometimes it takes a lot of trial and error to find the right med, at the right dosage that works for you. Everyone is different. But keep working with your doctor to find the right solution for you. Do you have friends or family who can offer support? Definitely reach out to those who you trust. And you can certainly reach out here on the forum. Praying for you!
