Panic attack
Sound like the panic attack I had in June was rough literally felt like I was having a heart attack ambulance called and I had to go to hospital to get checked over, maybe go to doctors just to be safe x
Im sorry to hear from you having the same problems and what they say in hospital to you?
I haven't had one in awhile, thankfully. But when I did have them bad, I'd find it hard to get words out and function or move. I also went to the ER and was told it was just anxiety. They sent me home and I felt like they judged me for it. But definitely sounds like a panic attack
I even found it hard to breathe so that added to my worry and so I went and got checked out
I also think it's anxiety but when I have an episode I can't think calmly I can't speak it takes care of my body I take proponolol 10mg (sos, only take when is strong) and everything is fine that's what makes me a little calmer and thinking that maybe is just that or else Medicine wouldn't be enough, don't you think? and when I talk about this like now I feel ridiculous, I didn't want to have these things but when I do I don't know how to stop. Thank you for your answers
last week I went to the GP to find out the results of a blood test and I was seen by a very attentive doctor, it was the first time that I didn't feel afraid of this judgment or indifference, I felt that she really cared and she wasn't just looking at the computer, she was looking at me giving attention I cried for felt someone was there for me dont no explain but was really good a long time ago I couldn't find someone who really wanted to help, it gave me the courage to want to get better, whatever your problems we all have different stresses that we never lack the faith and courage to live 🧡
Im glad you found a good Dr who actually listens and cares. That's hard to do nowadays. I'm hoping one day I'll find a good one also
Absolutely. Anxiety attacks are terrifying. In my opinion, the panic attack is one of the most painful mental experiences--or bodily, in some cases. If you are aware of a change in your breathing--rapid and shallow--leading to hyperventilation, you can prevent an anxiety attack by several cycles of "pursed lip" breathing. You can find YouTube videos. Anxiety attacks occur when the blood's pH exceeds its alkaline limit because excess CO2 leaves your body. "Pursed lip" breathing, if you start it in time, will restore normal blood pH and you will not have an anxiety attack.
