I have tri s several classes of anti depressants. Presently on Pristiq. Some issue every time. Multiple awakenings at night. Always startling. I am exhausted. Sleep meds don’t help. Anyone else suffering like this and found a solution?

I take mirtizapine (remeron) antidepressant at night which helps me sleep. I could not sleep at all before taking this.
