So when I found this site on Monday I was in a panic state and got a lot of good
support. I'm now looking at my profile name I signed up with and feel I don't want it to be so negative. I don't feel as lost as I did on Monday. So next time I post it might be
under a more positive profile name. Thanks to all of you I have a better outlook. Im not so lost today.

Tried to change my profile name and can't so it looks like
I will always be lost 
If you go into settings and scroll down, you can change your name up to two times. You won't always be lost. Just the fact that you want to change your name to something more positive, as you put it, shows that you still have fight in you and you want to get better. You can do it. Internet hugs. If you still can't figure out how to change your name, let me know, and I'll put more specific directions

Awesome to hear. Looking forward to seeing your new name. Maybe “FindingMyself” or “FoundMyself” lol. You can also send a message to the admin and they can help you. It might be easier on the laptop vs the phone too.
Ya I haven't tried the phone yet I have been typing all these responses in my laptop

Found my new name and I worked out the private message and figured out how to use it on my phone instead of my laptop ya things are looking up. It’s so much easier to use the microphone than type every word
