I’m still at work but I’m going to be spending the rest of the evening alone and I’m scared. I have been having suicidal ideation. I don’t want to be this way.

I’m feeling ok actually. I came home, cried for a minute. Felt better than got busy in tidying up, heating up dinner and messaging people. I took my anti-anxiety med and I’m feeling more calm. I’m going to journal and read and take a shower then it’s basically bedtime. I am trying to write down my negative thoughts that lead me to feeling depressed and then think of how that’s not even a true fact. ❤️
