Does anyone else wake up everyday with new pains in their body and aches in fear they have cancer! My cancer phobia is severe!!!! HELP

Yes, I often feel that way. Doesn’t help my sister was diagnosed last year with uterine cancer and my brother died of liver cancer.

I’m convinced now I have bone cancer since the aches and pains are in so many places.

Definitely can relate. Every little ache and pain scares me and I think the worst. Why do our minds automatically think of the "C word" when we think of our health scares.

I feel this all the time,

It's horrible

I try to do everything I can to keep my mind on other things... sometimes works , sometimes doesn't...

If you have been medically cleared that s the best reassurance..
