I find myself doing great then getting stuck in horrible, persistent mental loops of "I'm not ok" or "I'm crazy" or "everything is terrifying/bad"...i know distraction, positive mantras, meditation, etc help but I can't seem to co trip it even with these tools. Anyone have this issue as well? Any advice? I really need help

Sorry you know all the tricks and techniques we are all supposed to use. However it not already you need to discuss your negative feelings with your Doctor, He will advise and help you learn how to move on

I'm always in a constant loop of the thought kill yourself or with my name in it or a thought my brother would say kill yourself kid from the past in cod. Idk if you can help me too.
For me that's the anxiety disorder reaching towards the panic stages.
Other serious health problems keep pushing.
Definitely discuss it with your talk therapist and make sure the Psych knows how the meds are helping or not helping.
I just got out of the psych hospital because that loop became all consuming. I totally understand.
