I just need to know that I won’t feel crazy forever. I hate this anxiety and these panic attacks and I wish they would go away and leave me alone.

I need to believe this. I’m so scared I’ll feel like this forever. I need help. I don’t see my doctor for another week.
If you don’t see your doctor for another week then please keep talking on here and we can get you through the week together until you see your doctor! You’re not alone.
Hey Kat. I know the feeling your describing. What has helped me is to strongly take note of the moments where I DON'T feel crazy or overwhelmed. They happen, even when we're going through what you described. Noticing those moments proves that you don't have a condition that does not change - it changes all of the time, in fact, and in time can heal. Big ol hug to you!
You may just need some stability. I read your other post and it seems like you're overwhelmed. I don't really get full-blown anxiety symptoms anymore but when I'm having a chaotic week I start to get feelings that "remind me" of anxiety quite a bit. I know it's tough advice to implement, but try not to micro-manage or overthink the small day to day things if you can. You know that feeling of being buzzed on alcohol, but not drunk? Where everything is just smooth and flowy and nothing really matters *that much*? You have to try to put yourself in that frame of mind as much as you can, without needing alcohol to do it. Easier said than done, I know. Look at people who go through life just bulldozing their way around, inconsiderately and with mouths open catching flies. They are at the other end of the spectrum. The goal is to be somewhere in the middle.
Kat63, Anxiety doesn't have to be a forever thing. No amount of wishing, medication, and even therapy can make it happen unless you consciously take the step forward in
defeating anxiety. It may produce physical symptoms but is not a physical issue. As much
as the mind controls and is the basis of our anxiety, we still have that rational/conscious
part of ourselves that can win by accepting this as not life threatening, nor a lifelong ailment.
Once you realize and apply the fact that you and only you hold the key to winning, will
you see yourself in control over your life once more. And believe me, it will be a powerful
feeling. Imagine walking down the street in control of your life, feeling elated and yet
a peaceful calm over you. That's the amazing feeling of being anxiety free. And it can
and will be yours. Stay positive. Look for all methods and tools on YouTube that can help
you reinforce your thoughts. Affirmation meditation can reaffirm your belief in yourself.
It's not about nit picking at the symptoms but getting down to the core of what is causing
the anxious moments and addressing that.
Keep coming on the forum. Read other's experiences in their own journeys. Pick and choose what may work best for you. And most of all, never, ever give up. xx

You don't sound too crazy This is what people usually feel - they feel odd for their personal selves, but from aside it would be extremely hard to see, unless you told.
Just keep it calm, realize it is all just a surge of hormones and your brain receptors are simply overexcited.
I totally know this feeling, and once you get over it few times, you will never ever be scared about it again, since you will realize you will not "stay feeling weird".
Best I can suggest is 1) stop thinking about it. It is like migraine - stop thinking about it and it goes away. 2) read something. Imo internet was really taxing on my eyes, so I read few books, and this focus on certain book was enough for the brain to go "oh, we are doing this now? I better stop trying to pump you with adrenaline and stuff". .. If you don't have any good books at home, ok, then something exciting, but not random on youtube may help. I found that something like "Historia Civilis" channel was amazing for me.
