Hi hambo sorry to see your so down have you gone to see your doctor, have you been diagnosed with depression or anxiety and if so have you been given any medication! If you haven't seen your doctor please do a short course of tablets may help you! Take care All the best!

Have both, severe depression, crippling anxiety, chronic stress. Simply cracking up at staying alive.
