Numbness

Does anyone else physically feel numb. Like your arms feel weak, and don’t have any feeling. Same with like other limbs. And the slightest touches hurt so much for some reason...

Yes! My arms and legs feel really weak when i have a panic attack.

Sometimes my whole body will ache, but it seems like it's more my joints and bones that hurt. It's weird tho because when I attempt to massage the areas, my skin feels numb and massaging is pointless. I don't even know if I'm explaining it right. I just thought it's just another random weird thing about me so never thought much about it.

Like everyday I wake my arms are so numb I can’t pick up anything with out dropping it and they hurt so bad it feels like their asleep only it hurts like H L

I had a huge panic attack, I didn't realise I was breathing really really fast and deeply and my hands went numb and my feet and almost passed out . I'm sure it was due to my breathing and lack of oxygen . Also I've noticed I tense right up when I'm anxious, it's like every cell in my body is tense and constricted and afterwards my muscles hurt. Could yours be related to anxiety?

That is a little too vague, I think you should speak to a doctor about it just to be safe. It could something very simple, or it could be an indication of something else. I for instance have numbness and tingling, but I have degenerative arthritis in my neck and back, and Neuropathy..... so that explains why it happens to me, but you need a doctor to check things out to make sure of what is going on.
