1. I admitted that I am depressed again and that this is an illness that needs my attention just as much as work and my relationships do.
2. I need to get out of my comfort zone and try different things again even one doesn’t help keep testing other things out until something clicks.
3. Be open with others. Yes I’m struggling yes I have this illness but no it doesn’t define me. I’m still a person inside. Just because my illness doesn’t have a wound doesn’t mean it’s not as serious as other illnesses.
4 Be gentle with myself and love myself again. Seek progress not perfection.
5. Share my experience with others and try to help as much as I can.
