I have social anxiety. So anything on that list that pertains to people judging me probably has gone through my head at one time or another.

I sometimes combat these thoughts by saying to myself that I hate these people and I really dont care what these people think. The anger helps me. It's not out-of-control anger, it's normal anger. It makes me understand how ridiculous my own "judgey" thoughts sound & I calm down.
