Yup.working since 7am and still writing work notes.

Yes my aunts in ICU and my son got rushed to the ER today, he had an allergic reaction to sun butter on his way back from a school field trip and their keeping him overnight for observation. And my anxiety is bad, I took my last lorazepam yesterday so I have nothing to help me relax.

I just came off four rough days in a row. Even though I'm married, I can't talk to her about my issues so I just let it hurt until it goes away. Time is my best medicine.

yes. told my doctor I had worse two months of my life and I got ok, see you in three months basically. I get it but damn. now I am back to a world of not talking and living in hard apartment building and feeling like a freak. so yes tuff day.
