My boyfriend brought home a beautiful puppy home today.. all I could do was cry. I love her, she is beautiful, but I can not enjoy her. Depression is sucking me into a pit I’m finding there is no way out. Its dark and lonely.

No name yet, I will post a pic of her tomorrow. She is beautiful, a pit. But she was the runt so she is teeny. I’m hoping I’m up for walking her soon, the sun is starting to shine round here.

Just cuddle her and love her and BE. That's the most calming thing to do sometimes, just sit and exist. I hope you feel better soon. hugs!

Have you tried talking with someone you trust or a professional about what you are going through? A professional will be able to help you figure out the best way to deal with what you are going through. Depression is a very difficult thing to deal with and I am so sorry you are dealing with it. I hope everything gets better!
