What are you grateful for?
I'm grateful for our lovely American relatives who are in Ireland at the moment. Had a lovely day trip with them yesterday. Lovely to see our kids bonding with their cousins
You’re so creative! That sounds awesome.
I’m grateful to be doing respite care for a 5 year old and 7 year old in foster care this week. I am exhausted but enjoying it.
I take care of the kiddos for a week or weekend when the foster parents need to do something that they can't take the kids to. Or if they just need a break. I've had full-time placements before but right now respite is perfect for me. I love doing foster care-I'm 59 and divorced and some of my friends can't fathom why I do it but I get so much from it.
So true
I'm grateful for the appointments I had today. They went very well. Found out my biopsy results and it's just eczema. And my primary doctor lowered my thyroid medication. Grateful for that. I'm hoping it helps with my therapy.
I'm grateful for my fiancé.
I'm grateful for doctors taking the time to listen to me
I'm grateful for new friends.

Inside joke.... funny, right ?
❤️🐬
I’m grateful for a roof over my head, food on the table, my cat, my daily visits to a nearby park where I feed the ducks and geese, ability to walk, see, smell, hear, my liver enzymes being back to normal, not getting Covid yet, not suffering from a fatal disease and much more.
I'm grateful for my ability to educate myself on the symptoms of psychological abuse. I can use that as tools against the gaslighting. I'm aware my impaired cognitive functioning is a result of "ITS" small minded pursuits of power.
This is one of many things I'm grateful for...where I live is one of them...
It’s freaking gorgeous Faux!!!
I know, growing up in So. Cal. and ending up in the country is like a fairytale... I still have to pinch myself to know ...yep... this is real. Ever since I was a kid... I loved green...
I’ve always loved the country. I used to visit my grandparents farm land acres and acres of friend and green and now I’m in the city next to DC rush rush everyone- that’s how it feels... and the houses are so close together. Maybe some day I’ll move.
I agree, I am glad you had a nice vacation and being grateful is important to keep a positive mental attitude in our life. I am grateful for getting a new job, but I was grateful even before for having a nice home, car, food and bank accounts and not being homeless especially with the hot summer coming up. I appreciate the little things that most of us take for granted and always reminded by the media of what is important and what is not.
I am grateful for our forum. I am grateful for this regular post that pushes me to try to find something I'm grateful for. Also the medicine to hopefully treat my infection. Most of all for bird friend, whose manners give comfort. She never misses a thank you.
My family went to the mountains (2 hours away from our home) and stayed in a cabin right next to the lake. The privacy and nature was so nice. I so hope you are recovering well!!!
Great picture 🖼️
I agree... You are a beautiful person ❤️
