Usually when i go to Starbucks im in a hurry to leave im on edge and if there's a lot of people coming in i start feeling dizzy and nauseous... today i got my caramel mocha and i sat on a table for like 4 minutes, i know it's a short time but that's all i could handle before my agoraphobia and panic kicked in. Some battles are slowly won.....
Hi Danielle it was good you managed to go into Starbucks I'm proud of you going into a busy or crowded place I hate to many people in a small space I haven't been to a cinema for years! I take someone with me when I go out somewhere! Take care my friend all the best david x
Crowds are definitely not my thing, i don't think i can handle more than 5 people in a place, hope you've been good and getting some rest, always nice to hear from you
Look, as someone who usually goes shopping in the dead of night to avoid crowds, I can sympathize completely. So kudos to you twice. You went out at a busy time an you sat down for 4 min! 2 accomplishments, not 1!
Listen , don't kid yourself. You are an awesome person who's full of life. That's what draws me to you. I love your zest for life. Keep up the good work!
Seems like a wonderful plan. Baby steps as they say. Eventually it will get longer and longer. Keep up the good work and monitor the parts of your body that are over acting as that is your nervous system giving you information that the brain can decipher enentually. We have not been taught how to listen well to that autonomic nervous system witin the body.
And savor and be present with that caramel mocha until you no longer need that for comfort. Remember, baby steps.
