I just lost the love of my life because of a stupid argument. How do i get it to stop. How do i make the feelings go away?

Losing it all
I have found it impossible to make feelings go away. It does help to forgive your self, tell your self some loving truths about yourself.
Sometimes life is painful, love yourself through it cause your worth it!
One of the ways I stopped thoughts is to create new ones that will outshine them. Actively think of your best version of self and how you would feel on your best day here on earth. Hold on to that feeling and keep doing it as an exercise for the brain. Enough of this exercise will shift the scale.
Are you sure it’s permanent? If it was one argument, you may be able to fix it
sorry lost and lonely,if its trou love,it will supass any argument, you wont be normal if you
was not upset, its part of being in love.you will see your way throu, this bad time, lovers allways do.you wont be lostand lonely for long.
This may sound terrible? They say to over somebody, get under somebody?
hope you feel better soon, like someone else said are u sure its over, people argue all the time it just takes a while for things to calm down sometimes how long ago was the argument
Yes it over too much has been said and done
Are you sure it's over completely? Could you not get your ex partner to speak to you? It'd be a great shame to lose the love of your life over an argument.
Being yourself is the most important thing in life, love is all about being yourself and helping others by being yourself, so the love of your life will return if indeed they are truly the love of your life. You can always write an email and explain everything, misunderstandings need to be corrected after all, but in reality you need to be ready to let it go if needed and move on. Only time will tell. True love is worth it. Whatever happens life is a journey and we must always move forwards together, as said by Sir Winston Churchill as we prepared to land on Sword Beach in France in 1944. Be strong and be happy, God Bless You !
