I’ve been wondering for a while now if I’m going crazy. How can a person know if it’s a yes or no?

What is your personal definition of crazy?
Completely detached from reality.
Realistically only a fully qualified psychiatrist can make a clinical diagnosis on exactly what you tell him/her. You may feel that your mental health is deteriorating but that doesn’t mean you will become completely detached from reality unless you have been diagnosed with psychosis or have experienced a psychotic break in the past. I don’t think trying to guess or diagnose ourselves regarding mental or physical health is a good idea but many do for all sorts of reasons. Just my opinion, others may vary based on their own personal experience. I hope you find answers to what you are seeking but sometimes there aren’t any, well not definitively.🤷♀️
I often feel like I can't control my pain. It is so bad that I feel like on am on fire. I want end it all or i am just going to go crazy. Then, I begin to cal down. Take some some pain meds and they begin to work, so I do feel some releif. That helps me get over the hump, but when I ca not control how upset I get and uncontrolable, I feel like I could go go crazy, just loose all sense of reality and go into a totally lost and darl place. We really have to hang on at those times. I have a partner whom I loved and she helps me a lot. Talking to a friend or loved one can help too.
I think it was Einstein who said, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome". Some of the most interesting people have been called "crazy". I think what you might mean is that you want to feel peace. To get there you will need to change the way you've been thinking and change your habits. You can do this.
