What does it mean when a man has to choose between two women? Why does he even have to think about choosing?... Wouldn't it already be an obvious choice of who he wants?

If it was me dating two women in the early stages, you know at least 2-3 dates I would want to narrow the field to one to put more time in with. This is my choice as I don't want to waste someone's time if I'm not seeing what I'm looking for in a that woman. There's also the time and money factor as well. In some cases it can be obvious but sometimes we don't get enough time with each other to fully get to know that person.

If he was inlove with one of them and just had love for the other .. why does he still feel the need to choose .. wouldn't he already go for the one he is inlove with?

why don't you take the choice into your hands and dump him.being unfaithful to the both people here and not torn between two people he supposedly loves.you don't cheat ever on someone you love.
