Consider risk factors first before overthinking

No overthinking, no use, i know its hard but know scary thoughts are irrational

Try your best to engage in activities and distract wit friends of family

Know that there is always a solution you just dont see it , it could be a realization of how u r wrong , or knowing how logically your fears dont make sense , and that ure fine

Engage in your beliefs if youre religious , if not just focus on your asspects of life and know that everything happens for a reason , for me i haged stress and anxiety its still horible but i wouldnt change it it is a growth experience and it made me see that im not as weak as i thought , i can face things i thought i would die just thinking of it

Download simple habit or other apps to meditate , it helped me relax

Please dont do like me and get crazy over blood pressure or pulse, its an obsession that i was afraid to move , it was a panic attack every single day , just worrying what if something happens to me , my bp is slightly elevated , how will i cope what if it keeps rising , then u realize ur body is not trying to kill u , you will be fine it has mechanisms to help u survive and u have support from people , i never thought my family will understand but they did

As hard as it sounds , try to get up and go to places or walk or do anything , sometimes stress is so bad i was throwing up in my mouth by the thought of removing my blanket , it was terrible and my bp was high and i was feeling my pulse in my throat , i then decided to call a friend to walk to my house across the street to get me and we go play in the snow , i went back hungry and my bp was 110/70 or something , i still get worried but eventhough u might have to live with this for a while u til it goes away know that youre fine and ur mind is playing tricks on u sometimes , its terrible but your only job its to master how to calm and recognize that u r fine and when its a problem , and u deal and cope accordingly ...best of luck to anyone facing similar situations, i hope u face this with strength like i know you can , send me a message if u want to talk , i will help and u can help me trust me

I've had health anxiety for a while comes and goes ..insomnia thantaphobia fear of death absolutely awful..I know it's my mind and more importantly so anxiety and OCD .which are liars...it's called the doubting disease..you doubt everything.. sometimes my anxiety prevents me from sleeping ..I'm getting better thou

Yes i totally get it , and it happens to me sometimes so i found that i often panic on things i dont know about , and i dont consider logic when i overthink , just try to calm and ask yourself what is the cause for the panic
