I just got a promotion at work this past Friday and I am hoping I am able to do it because of what happened this weekend as well feeling so sick flushes with anxiety he body aching dizziness heart racing 😭 I pray god gives me the strength I need I worked so hard to get to where I am going

I think that you should give the new position a fair shot. Let your mind and body guide you in the right direction. It sounds like you're proud of your accomplishment ☺. You should be. Climbing in the work place is not easy. Please keep us posted.

Thank you I am so proud of myself I been working very hard and the owners of my store seen and appreciated made me feel good 😀 but ur right I need to let my heart and souls guide me not my mind today I worked 10 hrs and I got through the day fine a little jittery but I made it
