Feeling self destructive

Been feeling worthless lately. The only time my mind is off of it is when I’m at work or doing something with my son but he’s with his dad for the three day weekend. And I’m off work at the same time. Yesterday, I had self destructive thoughts, which I haven’t had in years. Never ever have I acted on them, but I’m worried that they’ve reappeared. Not suicidal exactly. I’m pretty sure it’s because I saw my ex was on a long vacation with the girl he left me for on the exact vacation he refused to take me on though kept promising to.
