Being a support to my cousin, serving others is healing

My cousin, who suffers with some or most of the same issues as I do, is going to try this treatment I have been doing. I really have improved so much since I started. She hopes for the same. I’m going to just go with her and be there with her as support. Just the thought of being there for someone else is so healing. It’s good to feel so wanted and needed when you are bogged down with crap. I love serving others but it can be hard when I won’t leave my house and can barely deal with myself. But, today I can. I am so grateful for that. I’m also for this site and the help I receive and the help I can offer. Have a great day y’all

It went well and I was so happy I could be there for her. I’m grateful it was a good morning and I could put my issues aside for her. She was really happy I was there. It really felt good
