Nightmare Fuel

I had a nightmare where plenty of things happened, not only was I smoking for some reason, but I also was on some weird game show, I was arrested and I was.....Violently and Viciously....well....Even saying the exact action gives me anxiety but it was by far the most concerning portion of the nightmare....even though the Jail scene LITERALLY gave me anxiety mid dream and woke me up breathing extremely heavy. I now can't get through the day without thinking something I do will cause this stuff to happen. I've been having these obsessive thoughts and now they're telling me I can't even eat my snacks without something drastic happening.....Idk what to do. I'm trying to fight it but these thoughts are way too strong..... I keep seeing gruesome images and horrifying conclusions in my head and now I can't shake them....I've been upset this entire day and idk what to do....
