I'm find it hard to get ready

Hi all hope all is well with you.

I have an appointment for my breathing test and then habe to see my doctor after that.

I never use to worry about going docs but the last year it's been getting harder to get there o find myself cancelling appointments then when he phones me a few days later I can't answer the phone to him not just him I can't answer it to anyone, it feels like if I answer it something bad will happen to me or one of mine. My bum feels like it's super glued to stairs I feel very very heavy like my legs can't take my upper body weight.

I constantly worry all the time, I always worrying what people are thinking about me, I'm always worrying about other people's feels and put there's before my own, I think I try to please people all of the time not wanting to upset them or hurt them in anyway. I never say what's on my mind I'm to scared to because they mite not like me anymore the list go's on and on so sorry this is long but I feel I'm listing my mind please help.

Okay first off..you need to let go of the worry..it's not doing you any good...people are just people..like you and me..if they don't like something they can lump it..it's okay to say..we agree to disagree.. doesn't have to turn into a huge ordeal..everyone has problems and if they tell you they don't..then they are lying.

I hope everything goes well with your test. Let me know how you make out, okay? I'm here for you if you need. I wish you all the best.Remember to breathe, slow breaths in through your nose out through your mouth, while counting to at least 4.

Dump trucks of love, peace, light, joy & hugs for you!

I know you're feeling overwhelmed but be encouraged. Start right now with some deep breaths in and out. Try to get them really deep and slow.

Focus on you and getting you to a place where you can enjoy a good quality of life. Forget about others' comments right now.

Is there a friend or someone close that you can ask to go to the Doctor with you? A burden shared is a burden halved! :) Even if you have to go alone, let the receptionist know how you're feeling-I'm sure she will encourage you. God Bless
