I wanna get help or at least control

Why can’t I control what’s going on with me ?

I’m losing people cause all I do is push everyone away why am I doing it?

Like am I even able to fix it and or control it

The depression on top of anxiety sucks

I found medication helped me when I felt like I was losing control. Have you tried any medications? It may help you. I am also trying to get in to see a therapist but that search has been hard and the medication has been able to help in the meantime.

I have before but they told me to try another brand and never got the chance
