I'd like to start by saying thanks to everyone who read my story. You are important everyone deserves to live I understand life is a struggle but there is going to always be someone out there to support you maybe you have not found that person but I promise someone is out there. I'm here for you and so are other people in this wonderful support group or site. I encourage people to be open about their story's I promise people will read it. I will be forever thankful that a place like this exists my main reason why I am here is because I want to help you all. Don't give up talk to a friend or anyone that is available there is also hotlines. Obviously there is also this place or you can always message me I'd love to listen to anyone struggling or just wanting to talk. Everyone has a voice and that voice speaks loudly you deserve to be heard.

No problem at all it’s so nice to be here and share something so personal and I think it goes to show how brave someone can be to tell such a traumatic story like that. I’m not the only person who is brave I’m sure you are too and so is many others. I really would love to see others share their story that’s also another reason why I felt I needed to share it. Anyhow thank you so much for reading it.

I got very emotional with your story as you know. You are very brave and courageous. You have the capability of now supporting others based on your own experience.

I grew up in an environment where my voice was never heard. The positive is that I have become a great listener.
I love the imagine of dolphins joined together in their pod jumping in unison. It's a symbol of peace and freedom to me. I'm also at peace at the ocean.
