Ok, I am so excited. Tomorrow I start with my brand new therapist. I have 2 actually. Tomorrow is the new therapist who prescribes meds. Tuesday is my new talk therapist. I take anxiety meds. Not sure if she will change my meds or not. I am just excited. I hope I make some good strides forward!
