believing in yourself and what your capable of.....and no one can make you feel inferior unless you let them.... depression is a liar and a thief....it steels away our happiness and our self esteem....our hopes and dreams seem dashed.... but as with the cycles of the moon, we wax and wane emotionally, so when we are on the up side of this stuff, that's what we hold onto.
