Feel like I help and advice so many people but myself I’m just getting worse and worse
It’s ridiculous.
Why don’t I help myself...
Why am I always making myself ill by crying so much every other day.
Can I just have one week please break from crying 😢 thats all.

Omg! I am so sorry you’re crying. I feel like I’m always crying too. You know how much you’ve helped me? You help so many people. Please remember that whenever you need someone to be there for you, you have all of us. We love you. We are here for you. Just like you’re here for us. Xoxoxoxo
I feel the same. I try to think of what advice I would give myself if I was on the other side. I cry a lot too. So we can cry together! It’s good to let your emotions out. Try to examine them and think about something small that might help.
That’s okay, love. We are here for you no matter what. You don’t have to say anything. I’m sending you so many hugs. 💕💕💕

I do too. I know how it is. 💕 He loves to sleep right now! Hehe. He’s my snuggle buddy. I have him wrapped in a blanket right now & we are watching jerry springer. 😂
Aww you are always offering us support and we are all here for you now. I'm sorry you're feeling so low, I've just come through some bad days and now feel happier, I really wish from my heart that you feel a bit happier soon. Sending you love and big hugs. Always here for you. xx
I'm so sorry. I hate that for you! Your an amazing person on here and I feel like you do much good. So how can we turn that around for yourself? I personally have a hard time being nice to myself. I'm so hard on myself.
So sorry you are having a bad time. Maybe looking into SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder will provide an answer. It can really ramp up the depression symptoms in the winter.
I find that when I don't follow advice I give, it is because either I believe my situation is so unique the advice won't help me, or it takes too much energy to follow the advice. Either way, I end up feeling awful when I really don't need to. Now that I have identified the problem for me, I have to find a solution! Darn depression sure puts up a fight to stay in our lives, doesn't it?
Perhaps if you lay out what help you have given another in a situation similar to yours, you can find one that you can try. It doesn't have to be the 'best' advice, just something little that you thought would help another. Sometimes, just trying something definite can put you on the road out of your dark place.
Sending you light, joy and peace.
Hey sweetie how are you feeling today
gthats the worst thing, about ocd, hope.your ok at helping others ,but when it comes to
yourself, believe me ,its a ongoing battle.but as in battle hope, the more people who fight
the earer it is.so lets all get together, with our stories, have a nice new year hope.
I am so sorry you are feeling this way! Why is it so hard to have hope and believe the best for others but not for ourselves? We are our own worst enemies - unable to forgive ourselves and are critical. Please remember that you are loved and the same way you encourage others, we want to encourage you! Hugs!
