Am going through premenopausal and on top of the back of my head throbbing and pulsating and anxiety and depression and PTSD and sweating every night

Mood changes like crazy and no sleep I don’t ever think am going to get better

what else can happen - really now!! you have endured worse- but I tell you this much- you will be victorious and you shall overcome - its a slow process especially when one focuses on the negative -

You have inspired me and further i am progressive worse for wear but i just continue in a zombie state - thinking that everyday is my last - but i get up the next morning and just thank God for another day regardless of the struggles

I am going through what you’re going through EXACTLY!! I could have written this myself! I’m sorry I have no answer. I await the same cure as you. Having lupus things are rough. I tried HRT for four days and it made everything worse for me. I’m throwing myself into painting. Hoping it will calm me down. Best of luck!! Sending love and healing vibes. X
