Having a hard time . Lay on my bed , my left arm feels strange and numb , my elbow down to my fingers. Got a headache, my mind is going places I'm scared something is happening to me.
Somewhere I know it's my anxiety making this all happen , but I can’t help but worry .

When i am panicking ... I, too lie down for a bit of a rest ... and, also do my best to do slow, deep breathing + meditate or focus on something around me, like a picture I really like or a tree or nice view outside. Taking a warm bath helps me, too. (just some ideas here)
I also work at Not Thinking about my stressors - as that can easily bring back my panicky feelings. sometimes i write down the stressors as a way to get them Out of my mind at the time.
Our minds are so delicate. My worst panic attack made me think that I was dying. No one could make me believe that I wasn't knocking at death's door. I want you to consider these things Charliie1994:
× Take anxiety medication as soon as you begin panic to avoid severe symptoms. ( If your doctor has given you a prescription)
× Take a warm bath in essential oils or Epsom salt. (Use the one that's suitable for you)
× Try stabilizing your breathing. Deep breathing is an immediate way to focus on the mind, body, and soul.
× Always feel free to come to the group to talk. We're all here for you.
