I’m currently sat in the bathroom crying , I can’t even put a reason why onto why I am crying I just feel really down .
My anxiety is bad today , I was watching a film and the was flashes of cameras and I had a fear of having a epileptic attack... why ? I have never had one before ... just the fear of it made me stress out about it .
I also feel sick.
Need someone to talk to ..

Anxiety causes the rational part of your brain to become less active and the emotional part to become more active. This is why you can cry more easily or for nor apparent reason. Just tell yourself that it’s your anxiety and that crying is just a symptom of it. There may be underlying reasons that you feel sad and you aren’t even aware of them. Do you have a therapist? If you are crying a lot it’s possible that there are underlying issues causing your crying. A therapist can help you discover what’s really going on and work with you to overcome your issues. I hope you feel better soon.
I hope your feeling better, sometimes a good cry makes you feel a bit better. But they aren't always like that too if your scared or in pain of course a cry doesn't help but I hope it released some stress. I'm here if you need someone to talk to...anytime! Take care sweetness.
I’ve been experiencing the non-stop crying for almost 2 months now. It comes and goes.. and not at the best times. I hope you know you’re not alone and we are strong.
