Hi, I have a problem and it's a big rush of anxiety during this holidays. I haven't felt that before like this, well until now... I feel so lonely and confused because on one hand I want help, but on the other is so hard for me to ask for it... I still feel ashamed and guilty... Do you have some experience with this and how do you handle it?
