Ha! Good one... oh, and I need a job too! The company I worked at for 26+ years shut down at the end of April!

Thanks. I'm sure trying to "re-enter the work-force" is daunting! I sort of feel like I'm starting all over again. I haven't even written a resume since '91! The worst part, I think, is trying to "market" yourself when you have a depressive mentality. I've suffered from "imposter syndrome" since I started working in '84! ;->

Thanks! ... and a good luck hug right back. Also, I'm desperately resisting falling into my "yes, but" routine. I know the 26 years is impressive -- to some, at least. My big problem is that I worked in web design/development/maintenance which can be hard to keep up with... especially if you don't push yourself. I feel like I need to almost completely re-educate myself.

I get it!! I’m the BEST “yes.... but” person out there. So your excuses ( sorry...tough love) won’t work on me! ( said with care and concern)! April hasn’t been that long! And I know that you know what to do to bring yourself up to speed. You impress me as a very intelligent person.... too smart almost 🤓! I know that its hard to start over, really I do. We both just have to try our best.... and keep trying. Easier said than done. Let’s both just try! I’m here for encouragement.... don’t forget!
