I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you. I'm in the bathroom a lot especially immediately after eating so going out to eat has become a problem. Stomach issues are another side effect of anxiety. I've lost almost 30 pounds in the last 6 months due to depression and anxiety and it is hard accepting compliments about being a "successful dieter". The outside may look better but on the inside I'm a mess. Of course I can't say that. People in general don't understand or want to hear about depression/anxiety.

I can relate to this i lost around 15kg, since September. All due to anxiety, depression and tablets. I feel good for losing the weight, but bad for the way it has come about.

Being a woman it’s different we deal with all sorts of pains. What type of feeling are you talking about?

Hi Simonn, If you mean the butterfly feeling as well as feeling like you are going down that first drop of a roller coaster, then that is truly anxiety. It's caused by the build up of adrenaline in our bodies. With that feeling can come fear, agitation with more fear and worry until you keep going round in circles. A circle of fear. There are things that can be done to lessen the feeling and even eliminate it from bothering you at all. The word there is "Acceptance". Accepting that what you are feeling is nothing more than a thought coming from your brain. A physical response is from that thought and not a real physical issue.

When we learn to accept that anxiety is not harmful then we can actually breathe our way through the feeling leaving it behind us and going on with what we were doing. DeepBreathing and meditation along with this can literally erase the symptoms all together. It takes practice, patience and determination in beating anxiety and once again having control of your life.

Try turning to YouTube and listen to Audio Videos of DeepBreathing & Relaxation. There are 5-10 minute versions that are capable of reducing stress. I hope you give it a try. After a short while you will feel the effects it has on your mind and your body. Wishing you peace & calm Simonn.

How are you doing? I sure do hope you are feeling better!!!!!!
