Please seek human contact immediately. Whenever I have a panic attack the first thing that I do is to go out as soon as I can. Being surrounded by others will help you. Please go out for a walk, call your family or a friend. Ask them to go to your house. You should not be driving like that. If you feel that you are extremely bad call 911 please. Good luck, God bless you 🙏
Hey how are you I sent you a reply on other post are you ok
Don’t do it! Don’t listen to the lies that go through your head. Your baby needs you. 🙏🏼
yes I see that now I didn't see it that way..hope you are doing good..
I’ve had a terrible day but I’m happy that you decided not to do it. Are you doing better, I’m struggling with anxiety, depression, adult separation anxiety disorder from my partner. He is not really taking me seriously on that but it scares me. I’ve never experienced it before.
Hi Mary do you want to talk about anything
Your baby comes first, right? Your baby won't benefit from you self harming. It could lead to infection that would make it difficult to care for baby. And baby's notice things even when very, very young.
Self harming is disrespecting yourself. You have every reason to show yourself the greatest respect. Accept the feeling, we are allowed to have strange feelings but don't oblige the feeling by doing anything. Everything will work out well for you.
Do you have post partum depression? If so, you can seek counseling to help you through it. It's perfectly normal in view of the hormonal changes and changes to your life that your new baby brings. When you overcome the postpartum you will be able to enjoy your new baby and see what an amazing mom you are!
Speaking of which, I wonder if there is a postpartum group on health unlocked. If not, maybe there should be, with some dedicated administrators with a sensitivity to this matter like in PTSD.
I was told that give it some time you will see how much fun you will have every day you are with your baby
