Hang in there. Your body may be really out of whack between hormones and a new medication. Let your doctor know if it doesn’t ease up. Be very kind and gentle with yourself.

Yes my body definitely out of whack and am in pain from head to toe I can’t win

Tamka, I'm sorry that you have to go through this because anxiety can be miserable. I wish you could cry and know relief. If, after giving this a fair try, you still have significant anxiety, you could call the doctor's office and ask about a mild tranquilizer.

I have Trazodone 200 mg am afraid to take it and I have Xanax my whole body aches from head to toe am sick of everything right now

I see. I'm sorry to hear about the aches. Did they come from drugs?? I get that you're sick of everything but you still have to deal with your problems when you're ready. The trazodone, when you're willing, can be taken in a smaller dose if you're hesitant to take the 200mg. I would be. Pill cutters are available at pharmacies. I'd start with 50 mg and work up if you don't sleep. Take care!

I improved my sleep by making myself believe that going a night without sleep was OK. Yes, I may get a headache. I will not perform at my best, I may feel like I'm walking under water....but it will be OK. The longest I have gone without sleep was 74 hours.. Usually once a month I would go through that. Now I relax about sleep. So, I sleep now.
